Be Kind to Yourself

Note: There were technical difficulties a few minutes in so hang tight from about 3:30 secs to 4 mins.

In this week’s episode, I chatted with Sandy Stream. She’s a mom and an activist. She’s also the author of The Courage Circle, which she wrote to help guide herself to remember that it’s ok to live and feel ok no matter what. She referred to her book as her sanity notes.

She wants people to know that it’s ok to listen to and trust ourselves to know what we need instead of giving in to all of the messages we’re bombarded with that tell us we shouldn’t think this or feel that and that we need to do this or that in order to feel better and heard and seen.
