Real MESSAGE.
Real EXPERIENCES.
Real POWERFUL.
I’m passionate about being a trusted resource for women entrepreneurs who find themselves stuck in “the freeze,” helping them move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. I’m also deeply dedicated to supporting parents, preteens, and teens who are navigating the ups and downs of adolescence.
As a teenager, I experienced an abusive relationship that challenged me in ways I could never have imagined. From that experience, I learned some of the most valuable lessons of my life: how to love myself unconditionally, how to establish healthy personal boundaries, and how to deepen my self-awareness.
Because I know firsthand the struggles and challenges teens, young women, and even seasoned professionals face, I’ve devoted my career to helping them do the same. Over the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of empowering others through coaching, speaking, and programs that foster confidence, resilience, and leadership.
Today, I am a professional speaker, life coach, and the founder of Girl Talk—a program for 4th–6th grade girls that builds self-esteem and leadership skills. I’ve had the honor of speaking at Purdue University, Georgetown University, Moms Who Dare, Florida Southern College, and many other schools and organizations.
Before stepping into this work, I spent more than a decade in education. With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education, I taught in public schools for six years and later taught curriculum development at Wilmington University for another six years. That foundation in education continues to shape the way I connect with and support the families, students, and audiences I serve today.

“There is a piece of everyone in Kim’s story, and she is engaging, dynamic and so easy to relate to when she stands in front of a room. She is a must-have speaker to spread an important message to today’s youth.“

“Kim not only moved the audience with her story, but provided us with a wealth of information about domestic abuse... She is helping others by educating and strengthening the lives of those dealing with this painful issue.”
