Advocate for Yourself

In this episode, I share how I felt like I wasn’t a priority for my husband or myself. I wanted to feel as though he was willing to put me first at times by giving me time to go to my therapy appointments and come home and check out from the sheer exhaustion of them. Rather than feeling like I had to trudge through the day barely hanging on. 

I didn’t advocate for myself enough and allowed myself to feel taken advantage of. This led to resentment towards him and me. 

Use your voice. Stand up for yourself. If you don't no one else will.
