Letting Go of Could’ve, Would’ve, Should’ve

In this episode, I chat with Dr. Kim Brown. She’s a Master NLP practitioner and specializes in Osteopathic medicine.

We spend time chatting about her journey, which is similar to most women when it comes to getting stuck on the “could’ve, would’ve, should’ve” instead of embracing who we are and what makes us unique. This leads to the comparison-itis trap. The gift is that we don’t have to allow the trap to hold us back but instead, it can highlight our strengths and what we can give to this world.

She shares how to train ourselves to look for the good in ourselves so we can move forward in a way that allows us to move forward to be comfortable with getting out of our comfort zone to fully empower ourselves.
