Self-Love?

In this episode, I share how I always felt like I was wrapped so tight and really high-strung. This was in a lot of areas in my life, especially with how to practice self-love. I was so worried that I wasn’t doing it the right way that I ended up loving myself in the wrong ways, withholding things from myself such as new clothes, allowing time to contemplate and experience things that brought me joy. I searched endlessly for the answers of how to practice self-love instead of knowing that I had the answer I needed all along. Doing what I needed at that moment and remembering self-love could change on a day-to-day basis.
